Event Rules
- Upon submission of this form we will receive your registration request
- Your registration request will be reviewed by organising committee and places will be allocated on first come, first serve basis for the event day mentioned in your registration ticket.
- You will receive payment details once your registration is approved, your place is only confirmed upon payment of the entry fees lastest by date mentioned in the approval email.
- You will receive confirmation email upon payment verification, once confirmed registration will be binding and entry fees cannot be refunded or seat can be exchanged with other person.
- Bands will be given to you upon entry which should be intact on your hand till the end of the event. A government issued, valid photo ID may be requested at entry
We recommend that you arrive ON TIME at the venue for a seamless entry. - Consumption of Alcohol during the event is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, Attendees in an inebriated state will denied entry.
- Organisers reserve the right to reject the registration / restrict the entry / deny the entry incase of false information is provided or rules are violated / not followed.
- Organisers decison will be final and binding to all attendees.
- Please check you SPAM folder if you do not receive emails from events@indiacultureforum.de and add it to your safe sender list.
- By registering and attending the event you consent that your data will be stored and processed for event-related communication. All your data will be erased after 4 weeks.
- It takes great amount of efforts by India Culture Forum Volunteers before and after the event to provide you with fabulous events every year. Please do everything in your capacity to
a) Keep the event premises as clean as possible
b) Take care of elderly and Children
c) Give good impression to authorities by conducting the event in peaceful and proper manner
